Our full planning services for 2025 are fully booked.
We are now accepting bookings for 2026 weddings. However, we still have a few spots available for design management in 2025, so feel free to reach out!

We offer the following services:

Finding venues is one of the most challenging aspects of planning a wedding in Japan.
Most hotels and wedding halls offer all-inclusive packages and are not open to customized weddings, especially compared to other countries.
Additionally, there are many restrictions and limitations on photo and video shoots, particularly in public spaces in Japan.

However, there are a few venues that allow you to bring your own wedding professionals and attire for an extra charge or corkage fee.
On top of that, our team has personal connections with select venues that you can take advantage of!

We have exclusive venues, such as historical Japanese inns, authentic Japanese houses, and traditional restaurants in Kyoto and Kamakura, where you can bring your own wedding professionals.

Our service plans include

【Full-service Coordination】

This plan is perfect for couples from overseas who may not have time to plan and visit Japan in person.
It includes:

• Introduction to various Japanese venues based on the couple's preferences, such as traditional inns, restaurants, etc.

• A list of venues that allow you to bring your own wedding planner, attire, and other wedding elements.

• Floral services upon request.

• If the couple has any specific requests or visions, we begin the planning process with research and venue scouting, starting with a small kick-off payment.

【BILINGUAL COMMUNICATION SUPPORT - wedding Interpretation service】

This plan is for overseas couples having their wedding at a hotel or Japanese inn in Japan who may only need interpretation services.
Many couples discover that weddings in Japan are quite different from the global standard.
While most hotels in Japan allow you to bring your own "interpreter" rather than a "bilingual wedding planner," we are here to help you communicate with the venues to bring your dream wedding in Japan to life!

【INTIMATE wedding】

More couples are embracing the beauty of intimate weddings with guest lists of 20 or fewer.
We collaborate closely with you to recommend exceptional venues, such as historic Japanese inns, that provide an unforgettable setting.

Have a specific vision? We’ll begin with detailed research and venue scouting to bring your dream location to life.
Our comprehensive services include managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, curating a personalized design board, and offering up to 8 hours of dedicated support on your big day.

Floral arrangements can also be seamlessly added to enhance your celebration.

Dreaming of a magical wedding in Japan but feeling overwhelmed by the language barrier when it comes to floral design? I’m here to help!
As an English-speaking wedding floral designer based in Japan, I serve as the bridge between couples and local wedding venues. From crafting your floral vision to communicating seamlessly with the venue’s floral team, I ensure every detail aligns with your dream. Together, we’ll bring your ideas to life for a truly unforgettable wedding day.

【Elopement arrangement】

This plan is ideal for intimate gatherings of 5–6 people.
We’ll arrange a simple yet elegant mini ceremony, customized floral designs, and a romantic restaurant reservation to create a memorable experience.

Our team will recommend preferred venues, such as historic Japanese inns, or begin with research and venue scouting if you have specific requests. We are passionate about stunning wedding visuals and can coordinate with our trusted photographers and videographers to capture your special moments.

Even for smaller weddings, we handle logistics, curate a personalized design board, and provide 5–10 hours of on-site support, depending on your photo and video schedule.

Please note that wedding planning services must be booked at least six months before your event.

This allows us to ensure a stress-free and meticulously planned celebration for your unforgettable day.
